Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase and are 100% satisfied with it. However if you did not receive what you hoped for, please return it within 30 days of your receipt of the items and we will happily exchange the item or refund your money (does not include shipping costs you paid for). Please use a shipment method that can be tracked to ensure that it gets to us safely.

Exceptions

Personalized items and Yard Signs are not returnable or exchangeable. However please contact us if there is a problem with your order. These include mugs, plates, hats and shirts, wall art.

Seasonal & Holiday Items
All holiday apparel (including Christmas shirts and sweaters) is final sale. Because these items are made to order and seasonal, they are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing.

 


Exchanges
Email us with your request at gifts@kayarize.com or call (301) 259-1575 between 9am – 5pm EST, Monday – Friday. Shipping your replaced item back to you is on us!

 

Returns
Items returned must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged or been received in a defective condition to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. All packages should be returned via tracked mail to:

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
